Refund Policy
At pelorianquix, we're committed to providing exceptional project budget management education. Our refund policy ensures fairness for all students while maintaining the quality of our programmes.
1 Refund Eligibility Criteria
Students may be eligible for a full or partial refund under specific circumstances. We evaluate each request individually to ensure fair treatment whilst protecting the integrity of our educational programmes.
Full Refund Eligibility
You're entitled to a complete refund if you cancel within 14 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials. This cooling-off period protects your investment whilst you evaluate if our programme suits your needs.
- Course cancellation due to insufficient enrolments (full refund guaranteed)
- Significant changes to programme content or schedule that don't meet your expectations
- Technical issues preventing access for more than 7 consecutive days
- Medical circumstances preventing participation (documentation required)
2 Refund Process Timeline
We understand that timing matters when you're managing your finances. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund and when you can expect your money back.
3 Partial Refund Scenarios
Sometimes a partial refund makes more sense than an all-or-nothing approach. We calculate these based on how much of the programme you've accessed and the time remaining.
- Withdrawal within first month: 75% refund if less than 40% of materials accessed
- Withdrawal within second month: 50% refund if less than 60% of materials accessed
- Emergency circumstances: Case-by-case evaluation regardless of timeline
- Course modification acceptance: Prorated refund for any price difference
How We Calculate Partial Refunds
We track your progress through course modules and calculate refunds based on unused content value. If you've accessed three out of ten modules, you've used 30% of the programme value. It's straightforward maths that treats everyone fairly.
4 Payment Methods & Processing
We refund money to the same payment method you originally used. This security measure protects both you and us from potential fraud whilst ensuring you receive your money in the most familiar way.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 working days (most common UK banks)
- Bank Transfers: 1-3 working days for same-bank transfers
- PayPal: Typically 1-2 working days to your PayPal balance
- International payments: 5-10 working days depending on banking systems
If your original payment method is no longer available (expired card, closed account), we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This might require additional verification for security purposes.
5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Whilst we aim to be flexible, certain situations don't qualify for refunds. These policies protect the learning environment for all students and ensure our programmes maintain their value.
- Course completion beyond 70% of programme duration
- Violation of student code of conduct resulting in programme termination
- Failure to participate in required assessments or activities
- Requests made more than 60 days after programme completion
Change of Mind Policy
Simply changing your mind about career direction isn't grounds for a refund once you've passed the 14-day cooling-off period and accessed significant course content. However, we're always happy to discuss alternative solutions or programme transfers.
